Argyll Brown Limited is a strategic communications agency, bridging the gap between communications and the law (“Argyll Brown”).

We may use this information in pursuance of our contractual, legal and regulatory obligations including with trusted third parties in that capacity, to provide information about our products and services including events and as may be otherwise strictly necessary.

We may process your personal information where we have the legal right to do so i.e. by express consent, when the information has lawfully been placed in the public domain by you and/or any authorised third party and/or pursuant to any legal and/or regulatory obligations. Your consent can be withdrawn by contacting us directly.
Sharing your information:
Your information will only be shared as may be necessary to provide a product, service or information, if the business is sold or merged with a third party or if Argyll Brown is required by law to do so.
Information may be shared with authorised third parties to assist with managing issues requiring support and/or services on our behalf. We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us your written permission.

Your personal information will only be stored securely as long as may be necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected subject to two exceptions:
